GAMBARAN HARAPAN PERAWAT DALAM PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PANYABUNGAN KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL

Abstract

Hope is a desire that our heart wants to achieve and hope is something that makes us usually endure obstacles. And nursing care management is a resource arrangement in carrying out nursing activities using the nursing process method to meet client needs or solve client problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the expectations of nurses and the implementation of nursing care management in the Panyabungan District General Hospital, Mandailing Natal District. This type of research is this research uses descriptive method with Work sampling approach. This study used 20 respondents and data analysis to determine and identify the expectations of implementing nurses and the application of nursing care management in the Panyabungan District General Hospital Mandailing Natal.
