Abstract

Staff commitment is the basis of implementing hospital environmental sanitation management systems. Commitment of housing management system staff in Panyabungan Regional General Hospital affective commitment, commitment commitment and normative commitment. The purpose of this explanatory research is to analyze the commitment to the performance of the environmental management system staff in the Panyabungan District General Hospital. Data for this study were obtained from 32 staff of the sanitation management system in the hospital through observation and interviews based on questionnaires. The data obtained were statistically analyzed through the Chi-square test and logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment is p = 0.021, ongoing commitment is p = 0.030, and normative commitment is p = 0.005. Commitment has a significant relationship with the hospital safety management management system. Evaluation results on 8 items hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, hospitals. The management of this hospital supports to increase staff commitment to improve their performance in a better form. The quality of environmental hospitals has not been implemented properly and meets the requirements for hospitals.
