ANALISIS HUBUNGAN PERILAKU DENGAN KINERJA KOORDINATOR SISTEM PENCATATAN DAN PELAPORAN TERPADU PUSKESMAS (SP2TP) DI PUSKESMAS GUNUNG BARINGIN KECAMATAN PANYABUNGAN TIMUR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the analysis of the coordinator of the Integrated Health Center Recording and Reporting System Analysis (SP2TP) at the Mandaling Natal District Health Center in 2016. This type of research is analytic descriptive with cross-sectional design. The population in this study was the TB SP2TP coordinator officer at the Mandaling Natal District health center, 50 people. The entire study sample population (total sampling). Data obtained by interview, then analyzed using multiple logistic regression at α = 0.05. The results showed that the knowledge of the SP2TP puskesmas coordinator in the good category was 72.7%, the motivation of the PHC coordinator in the high category SP2TP was 63.3%, the attitude of the SP2TP coordinator who supported the high 78.8%, the skills coordinator of the SP2TP puskesmas in the 72.7% good number, the performance of the PHC SP2TP Coordinator category was high at 60.6%. There is no relationship between knowledge and performance of the SP2TP Coordinator at the 2016 Gunung Baringin Health Center with a p value of 0.589. There is a relationship between motivation, attitude and skills with the SP2TP performance coordinator at the Puskesmas and Mandaling Natal District 2016. Recommended for the Mandaling Natal District Health Department in improving the performance of the SP2TP Coordinator in Mandaling Natal Regency, it needs to be updated.
