Abstract

Immunization program is a sub-system of public health services more emphasis on promotive and preventive efforts. Immunization program goal is to reduce infant mortality due to diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I). the success of immunization programs is measured with a target percapaian immunization coverage. The success depends on the performance of the implementing immunization influenced by individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors that consists of leadership, supervision, compensation and infrastructure. This study aims to find out information about factors related to organizational behavior immunization coverage PHC in Delitua district. Type of analytical research with survey method and cross sectional approach. This study used a questionnaire instrument in implementing immunization. Data health centers primary and secondary processed and analyzed with quantitative way through univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis using chi square test. Significantly determined by the value of p <0.05. The results showed that the behavior of organizational factors associated with immunization coverage in the health centers of the district is the clarity of the direction task (p-value: 0.012), leadership involvement in the meeting (p-value: 0.000), a response to the difficulties attendant leadership (p-value: 0.003) , giving input by the supervisor (p-value: 0.001), giving feedback on supervision (p-value: 0.001), incentives (p-value: 0.001), the opportunity to follow the scientific activity (p-value: 0.012) and infrastructure (p-value: 0.001 ). Need clear guidance tasks, standard operating procedure of manufacture, manufacture of job aid, regular meetings, supervision periodically using the check list, the incentive is calculated based on the performance of the staff (inseks point), plan training, procurement of equipment and transportation.
