Abstrak

Measures of satisfaction patients in an attempt to improve the quality of health services. Throught the measurement, than it can be known to the extent of those dimentions quality of health services that have been organized can meet hope this patients. The study aims to know the relationship between quality of health care services and outpatients’ satisfaction on BPJS users at Mandailing Natal Hospital in 2020. The type of the research used a cross sectional. The population in study was 304 people with the availed samples accidental sampling was outpatients BPJS users in 2020 was 46 people. The processing used SPSS and analysis of technique used chi – square with trust 95%. The result of the research showed that the majority of respondents said the quality of health services at Mandailing Natal Hospital is good with numbers 44 people (95,7%) and the majority of respondent also stated satisfied with numbers 39 peoples (84,8%) where the statistic about the relationship between the quality of health care services and outpatients’ satisfaction on BPJS users which p = 0.000 < 0.05. It is showed that found the relationship between quality of health care services and outpatients’ satisfaction on BPJS users At Mandailing Natal Hospital in 2020. It is advisable to the Mandailing Natal Hospital in order to enhance the quality of health care services
