HUBUNGAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS MOMPANG TAHUN 2020

Abstract

The ability of The leader in this case The Head of Public Health Center in exercising the functions management is also something that there must be for organization. This research of purpose to gain an overview of The leadership styles The Head of  Mompang Public Health Center, Mandailing natal. Sampling was done with a Random sampling technique .The number of samples as many as 28 people. This research shows that The head’s leadership style in took decision or  problem solving is democratic that is leadership style well namely 13 person (46,4%), leadership style moderate 8 person (28,6%), leadership style bad 7 person (25,0). The style of leadership based on took decision associated with work discipline of health worker pointed from result of the analysisused chi-square test with p-value (sig) 0,000< α (0,01). The conclusion that there is relation of leadership style The head of public health center Mompang with dicipline of health of the wokers publick health center Mompang. TheType of democratic leadership in accordance with the existing situation in Mompang Public Health Center because all of  the components both employees and leadership are jointly responsible for the activity or program being implemented.
